Tonights Training

Tonight I walked 4.65 miles! This is the longest I have walked so far. My feet are a little sore but other than that I feel great!
This is a little rock that was in my shoe. I stopped about 3 times before I finally got it out.

It made me think of how the smallest of things can slow us down,even stop us. The evil one likes to find ways to stop us from doing good works for Christ. Don't let the little things stop you!
