I am so excited to be home, but yet it is a little strange. I was confused this morning when I woke up. I forgot I was home.
I was so nice to eat breakfast with my family this morning. It felt so good to sit in my chair and watch my TV and see local news personalities.
I know life will be different after this journey, I pray I do not forget what God has done and continues to do. I think the hardest part is making sure we keep that active faith going. Just because I am not " on a mission" right now doesn't mean God stops. I feel now is the time to share, to share with others of Gods grace, mercy and love he has for us and gives us. I don't want to get into " the normal routine of life." At the same time I have a family here at home. We are willing to do what God calls us to do but we need a lot of praying through. Please pray with and for us as we as a family try to figure out what God has for us next. There are a lot of things floating around out there and the last thing I want to do is get so busy I become ineffective. Pray is the answer, through pray all things will be answered. God know what we need and what is next, we just have to pray and listen to him.
It feels weird being here at home with " nothing to do". I mean there are things to do but I was on such a mission for so long that I was focused. I now need to pray for refocus on what is next.
I am excited to go out with my wife this afternoon. We are going to have lunch at Crust 54, my best friends new Pizza Joint in Holland. He opened two weeks ago so I haven't even eaten there yet.
Then I have to go get a new Bible as I had given mine away this last week. I cant go without that, I feel kinda lost and unarmed without it. I know whoever has it will love it though.
I want to thank all of you for following what God is doing. Your comments and just the fact that I knew people where watching meant so much to me. It really kept me out there, it gave me purpose.
As of right now there are over 18,000 hits on this blog from 10 different countries. Imagine the impact we could make for the Kingdom of Christ!
