The Lord prompting prayer

I felt this a month ago but never felt confirmed in it. Now after the continued reading ( not on purpose) of prayer for world leaders, God has asked me to pray for the current president of the United States. God has yet to reviel what exactly for.
I am also hearing God asking me to connect with a certain pastor in Holland, from a church I have connection with but not the church I am a member of and attend.
