Learning about obedience

I have been reading the book, Rees Howell intercessor.
God is teaching me a lot about obedience through this book.
We went to the beach today and walked a mile on the beach.
Lloyd is walking with his wife tonight so our nightly walk will not take place tonight.
I am starting to watch my diet and will be starting to eat less often and make sure I am eating good nutrition.
